I began my journey in lacrosse coaching inspired by my daughter’s passion for the sport, which led me to volunteer with Lake Erie Lightning Youth Lacrosse. Starting as an assistant coach, I soon took on the role of head coach and eventually became president of the program. Certified by USA Lacrosse, I’ve coached various middle and high school teams, including stints with Ohio Premier Lacrosse and as a varsity assistant at Lake Catholic High School. At NEOLAX, I emphasize the G.R.I.T. mentality (Gratitude, Relationships, Integrity, Teamwork), using game-like drills to foster individual and team success. Witnessing players’ growth from beginners to accomplished student-athletes has been a profound privilege, reinforcing my belief in the importance of improvement and enjoyment in every training session.
