At NEOLAX, we believe real growth happens through consistent, intentional training - not just tournament weekends. That's why our boys' development programs practice more than other programs in the area, offering a year-round schedule built on skill development, team culture, and the GRIT mentality: Gratitude, Relationships, Integrity, Teamwork.

Youth (2033-2035) Player Development Program

48 total hrs. of practice

• Two-day preseason development camp at John Carroll University - June 1 & 2 - 10:00am-4:00pm (lunch included)
• Swag Pack
• Uniform Pack
• Tournament registrations & coaching travel
• Coaches Pay
• Practice field rentals
• Skill Evals
• Photographer/video content
• Saturday Night Team meals during summer tournaments

Fall Player Development Program - Training Only Cost $250

18 total hrs. of practice

• 2 hr. development practices each week -  Thursday 6-7:30 PM, Saturdays 4-6 PM
• Coaches Pay
• Practice field rentals
• Skill Evals
• Processing & Administrative Costs

Winter Player Development Program - Training Only - COST $300

16 total hrs. of practice

• One weekly 2hr lacrosse practice - Saturdays 1-3 PM - AMP Fieldhouse, Late November to January
• Coaches Pay
