• Saturday – April 25: Bantam (Grades 3/4): A | B | C (18 total teams); Youth (Grades 5/6): B Division (8 total teams)
• Sunday – April 26: Youth (Grades 5/6): A Division (8 total teams); Middle School (Grades 7/8): A | B Divisions (16 total teams)
• Guaranteed 3 games per team
• Full-field girls lacrosse
• Certified officials
• Standard girls youth rules by division
• Focus on development, teamwork, and competitive play
• No back-to-back games. Adequate rest is built into the schedule.

FAQS FOR SPRING SHOWDOWN

1. What age groups can participate in the tournament?

This tournament is open to boys' and girls' teams in the following age groups: 3rd-4th grade, 5th-6th grade, and 7th-8th grade. Each division will have competitive games tailored to the players' skill levels. DIVISIONS: Bantam (A|B|C)- Youth (A|B) - Middle School (A|B)

2. What is the game format and guarantee?

Each team is guaranteed 3 games during the tournament. Games will follow standard lacrosse rules, with a championship format to crown division winners.

3. Where and when is the tournament held?

BOYS - Hawken Upper School Campus 5/6 & 7/8; 3/4 at University School Hunting Valley Campus. GIRLS - Laurel Butler Campus. Detailed directions and parking information will be provided upon registration.

4. What amenities will be available for families and players?

We’ve got something for everyone! Enjoy food, a fastest shot contest, an accuracy shot contest, and live DJ entertainment throughout the day. Bring the whole family for a fun-filled lacrosse experience.

5. How do we register, and what is the cost?

Registration can be completed online at REGISTRATION. The cost per team is $650, and payment must be made by March 1. Slots fill quickly, so register soon!

6. Is there parking? and how much does it cost?

There is ample amount of parking at the Hawken Upper School campus and University School campus. Facility requires $5 parking per car. Laurel Butler Campus - parking will be off site and fans will be able to take transport over. Player and coach drop off is allowed on site.

7. What happens in the case of inclement weather?

We’ll do our best to keep the tournament on schedule, but player safety is our top priority. In the event of lightning or other severe weather, games will be paused or rescheduled with shorten game time as necessary. Updates will be communicated via email and social media.

8. Will there be medical staff on-site?

Yes, certified athletic trainers will be on-site to handle any injuries or medical concerns. Please ensure players' medical waivers are submitted during registration.

9. When is registration over? When do waivers need to be turned in?

Registration is over on MARCH 1 2025. Waiver are due before April 1st.
